Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms govern your use of GeckoMetric.com, including the website, app, statistics, projections, model scores, watchlists, exports, subscriptions, and related services. By creating an account, subscribing, or using GeckoMetric, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 21 years old and responsible for following the laws that apply where you access the service.
Analytics Only
GeckoMetric provides sports analytics for informational, research, and entertainment purposes. GeckoMetric is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, bookmaker, financial advisor, legal advisor, or professional advisory service. We do not place wagers, recommend bets, tell you what bets to make, or guarantee any outcome, profit, hit rate, or result.
You are solely responsible for decisions you make using GeckoMetric. Sports data, projected participants, model scores, statistics, schedules, and game status can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or later corrected. If you use GeckoMetric in connection with betting, fantasy sports, contests, or financial risk, you do so at your own risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gambling may be causing harm, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your email address current, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or provide access to your account or subscription. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, bypassed access controls, created security or operational risk, misused exports or data, submitted prohibited content, or used the service unlawfully or abusively.
Subscriptions and Billing
GeckoMetric is a paid subscription service. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and included features are shown at checkout or in the account management flow. If you subscribe, you authorize GeckoMetric and its payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription charges. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You are responsible for canceling before the next billing period if you do not want to be charged. Refunds and credits are discretionary unless required by law. We may change pricing, subscription features, or plans over time and will provide notice required by law before price increases take effect.
Beta Service
GeckoMetric is currently offered in paid beta. Features, supported sports, data freshness, model behavior, administrative workflows, and availability may change, break, be restricted, or be discontinued. We may temporarily limit refreshes, rebuilds, exports, administrative actions, or other write-heavy activity when needed to protect user-facing access or service reliability.
Ownership and Use Limits
GeckoMetric, including its software, interface, branding, logos, data compilations, model scores, watchlist formats, exports, text, graphics, methodologies, and related materials, is owned by GeckoMetric or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial analysis.
You may not scrape, harvest, bulk download, reverse engineer, disrupt, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create a competing product from GeckoMetric, its data, or its outputs without written permission. You may not use GeckoMetric to violate any law, regulation, platform rule, league rule, export control, sanction, or third-party right.
Third-Party Services and Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. Email delivery may be processed by Mailgun. Hosting, database, security, logging, and other operations may rely on third-party providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
GeckoMetric may use, store, process, and analyze third-party, public, or externally sourced sports information, including schedules, game status, statistics, player information, projected participants, injuries, weather, odds-related context, and other sports data. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, timeliness, reliability, availability, or continued access.
Support and Communications
We may send transactional or service-related emails such as password resets, account notices, subscription notices, security alerts, onboarding messages, support responses, and important service updates. If we later offer optional marketing emails, users should be able to opt out of marketing messages without losing required account or transactional messages.
Support may be handled through in-app feedback, email, copied support information, account email, or follow-up from GeckoMetric. We do not guarantee a specific response time during beta.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeckoMetric disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeckoMetric and its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, betting losses, financial losses, missed opportunities, or subscription-related losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use GeckoMetric.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeckoMetric and its owners, operators, contractors, service providers, and licensors from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your decisions based on service content, your violation of these terms, your misuse of exports or data, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of GeckoMetric after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
